Payyd (payyd.money) is a global payment infrastructure provider that sits on top of established banks and financial institutions, enabling direct connectivity and payment localization for enterprises and merchants worldwide across 200+ markets.

My Role: Over my last 1 year and 7 months at payyd, I led end-to-end design initiatives for the complete product ecosystem including the website, webapp, enterprise dashboard, and the mobile app.

The Challenge: Design intuitive payment experiences that handle complex global infrastructure while maintaining simplicity for users ranging from individual freelancers to enterprise clients processing large monthly volumes.

The Context: Payyd's proprietary network of financial partners enables compliant, efficient movement of money globally—but this complexity needed to be invisible to end users. My design work focused on creating seamless experiences that balanced regulatory requirements, multi-market localization, and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Business and Design Outcomes:

  1. Enterprise dashboard redesign enabled $30K average monthly volume per client, supporting $1.08M ARR.
  2. Homepage redesign drove 50+ monthly sign-ups at $0 CAC
  3. Designed payment links with 42% conversion rate
  4. Achieved 26% monthly return rate through improved UX
  5. Enabled $159.9M in total payment volume
  6. Reduced payment support tickets by 40% through improved status messaging and error communication design.
